To boldly go where no manic pixie dream girl has gone before.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Another three-shot of Shlack with Hugo and Murphy
Hugo: Excuse me, Captain, but did you say, 'Commies'?
Shlack: They call their empire the United Community of Sapients, yes?
Shlack: Like they think they're smarter than anyone else.
Panel 2
Shift angle so we can see the ship's navigator in the foreground, with Shlack, Hugo and Murphy behind.
Navigator: Captain, we have completed our updated tracking.
Navigator: We now have best courses plotted between the comet and the nearest metallic asteroids.
Captain. Very good, Lieutenant. Let's re-fuel from this comet first before proceeding.
Panel 3
Back to 3-shot of Shrack, Hugo and Murphy.
Shlack: So anyway, Community – Communist – Commie. When we're not referring to the dominant species, that is.
Murphy (thoughtsend): Is this important?
Hugo (thoughtsend): Most likely not. Just a weird coincidence.
