Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Night-time. Bok is laying flat against a tree, holding the gayageum wrapped in a blanket, watching warily as a Corbot trundles along the path on its segway.
Caption: That evening:
Panel 2
Bok is walking up towards Boney, who is standing near some tall shrubbery.
Boney: What is that, a harp?
Bok: Not exactly, but I think it will serve.
Panel 3
Bok unwraps the blanket so Boney can view the instrument.
Boney: Huh. I've never seen anything like it.
Bok: But it has steel stings. That's what you need, right?
Boney: True enough.
Panel 4A
Boney beckons Bok to follow him. Bok is re-wrapping the gayageum.
Boney: Ok, come with me. It's time for you to meet someone.
Bok: Oh yeah? Who?
Panel 4B
They enter a free-standing house.
Boney: You'll see in a quinqua.
Bok: I don't have a lot of time, Boney.
Panel 5
They walk through a dark room with contemporary living-room furniture. Bok is still carrying the wrapped gayageum.
Boney: Trust me, this will be worth your time.
Bok: I guess I'll have to take your word for it.
Panel 6A
Bok is looking in mild wonder as Boney stands to the side behind him.
Voice OP: Ah, Bolivar … or do you prefer 'Bok'?
Bok: Who … who are you?
Panel 6B
Reveal – a 30-ish-looking woman, with tawny skin and long, curly, black hair, and very familiar-looking eyes.
Woman: I'm the one many have been asking about.
Woman: I am 'Alyss Roaz.'
