Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Arm in arm with Murphy and Bok, Alyss departs the recovery room. Hugo and Monty follow.
Alyss: It's been twenty-eight days? What's happened since then?
Bok: Well, when we got back Monty pretty much took care of everything.
Panel 2
Shift focus to Monty Panda, walking behind the rest.
Monty: The instructions Zander brought back were straightforward enough.
Monty: That detestable Hayami was secured into holding, and Bok and Zander sat for you at the trial.
Monty: She was declared responsible for your homicide in due course.
Panel 3
Murphy, Alyss and Bok. Alyss frowns as Murphy delivers the last word on Hayami.
Murphy: I'm afraid you won't be getting much restitution from her, though.
Murphy: Her body was found – inert – three days after her release.
Murphy: Obvious foul play, but so far no leads as to whodunit.
