To boldly go where no manic pixie dream girl has gone before.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Kickstarter successful and closed [ May 19, 2026 ]
The Kickstarter campaign for Not-Safe.Space Chapter 3 concluded successfully on April 21, and Scott extended the time allowed for late pledges until May 19.

(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)
Panel 1
Eithne and Spike are moving through a doorway, firing and ducking shots. Eithne has a shield on her left arm. Spike shoots blasts from his ears, and crouches low to avoid return fire.
SFX: ZARK!! ZARK!! ZARK!!
SFX: ZOWW!! ZOWW!! ZOWW!!
Eithne: This is no good, Spike, we're getting bogged down!
Spike: Rime ror rrezuka?
Panel 2
Eithne is now holding a bazooka over her shoulder.
Eithne: I thought you'd never ask.
Eithne: Fire in the hole!
Panel 3
Reverse view as Eithne fires. A huge blast emits from Spike's butt, causing an explosion at the target with shrapnel and enemy body-parts flying in all directions..
SFX (near Spike): Fwash!
SFX (across wall where Spike's butt is pointed): Ba-WOOOM!!
Panel 4
As Eithne puts Spike aside, Murphy suddenly appears right in front of her.
Eithne: Gaaa!
Murphy: You are needed in the control room. We're jumping in two minutes.
Panel 5
A blaster shot from Eithne's two o'clock catches her square in the chest.
SFX: ZOWW!!
Eithne: Aauugh!
Panel 6
As Murphy turns to walk away, she starts to vanish, proving that she's just an image in this scene. Eithne is laying in a heap on the ground, as Spike crouches beside her, anguished.
Murphy: I can't believe you waste your time on a stupid game like this.
Murphy: That airstrike you called in killed the hostages, anyway.
Spike: {Whi-i-i-ine!}
Eithne (weakly): Cunt.
