To boldly go where no manic pixie dream girl has gone before.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Kickstarter Success! [ May 13, 2025 ]
The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
Panel 1
In the conference room again, PP raises her arms to express excitement.
PP: Wonderful! A trans-mat equivalent with that range could also be very useful for us!
PP: We do hope we can come to terms by which you will share these technologies with us.
PP: This meeting may well be remembered as the most important in our history.
Panel 2
Three-shot of Murphy, Hugo and Eithne. Murphy is speaking to PP off-panel, while Hugo and Eithne exchange glances.
Murphy: It is possible we can come to mutually agreeable terms.
Murphy: But before we proceed, I would like to know a great deal more about your people and your … government.
Murphy: Not to mention, about the other advanced cultures who share this galaxy with you.
Panel 3
PP and Murphy (with the aide across from Murphy also in the frame).
PP: Other cultures? What about them?
Murphy: What we offer could be a complete game-changer in your galactic balance of power.
Murphy: We would like to know the nature of this game, and who the players are.
