Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Hugo: Aaaugh!!
Theo: This is getting tiresome.

Hugo is hopping up and down on his remaining leg, damaging the 'floor.'
Hugo: You will never defeat me!
Theo: What in bloody blazes is wrong with you?

Theo fires another blast from his cane, shattering Hugo's other leg.
SFX: ZZOTCH!
Hugo: Aaaugh!!
Theo: This mess will take forever to clean up.

Theo stands over the supine, limbless Hugo, aiming his cane towards Hugo's head.
Theo: I'd hoped we could re-integrate and improve this galaxy together.
Theo: I'm sorry it has come to this.
Hugo: As am I.

An energy beam emits from the ever-present eyeball on Hugo's chest, which shatters Theo's body and sends his head flying backwards ...
SFX: ZZEEOWW!!!
Theo: Urk!
