Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
QV on a short break [ Jul 15, 2026 ]
QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.
Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.
Panel 1
Diana flying through the gloomy city in her Jetsons flyer.
Caption: I was ready to go straight home and crash.
Caption: Oh, so ready.
Caption: But halfway there, the hairs on the back of my neck started to tingle.
Panel 2
Looking at a holoscreen projected form the dashboard, we see the traffic behind Diana. Including a dark, somewhat sinister-looking flyer.
Caption: A few seconds' looking at my rear camera revealed that yes, I was likely being followed.
Caption: Somewhat ineptly, if he didn't want to be noticed.
Caption: I figured I should lose him, somehow.
Panel 3
The holoscreen now shows a command menu. Angled so we see thru it in reverse, and Diana pointing at a highlighted link-icon.
Caption: I didn't really know how to fly. I relied on auto-pilot exclusively.
Caption: But the ever-thoughtful Monty had entered some evasive-maneuver programming.
Caption: I just had to tell my car what I wanted to avoid and ...
Panel 4
The flyer suddenly makes a high-speed 90-degree dive, alarming Diana.
Diana: Woah!!!
