Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
QV on a short break [ Jul 15, 2026 ]
QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.
Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.
Panel 1
Cut to: Diana and Areum walking into a parking area.
Caption: I couldn't help but warm to that compliment, overblown as it was. We parted with an understanding to meet again soon.
Diana: That went surprisingly well, do you think?
Areum: When we get to our flyer I should scan you for a tracker.
Panel 2
Standing by the flyer, Areum is holding a gadget the size of a TV remote control and pointing it at Diana.
Areum: As I suspected. Right shoulder, where she touched you. A micro-beacon.
Diana: Can you neutralize it?
Areum: I believe so. Uncle left some other gear in the flyer for us.
Panel 3
They're both sitting in the backseat of the flyer. Areum is applying a different device to Diana's shoulder.
Diana: Maybe we should check you for trackers, too.
Areum: I doubt you'd find anything, as she never touched me. But if it makes you feel better, you can scan me.
Panel 4
Diana is holding the scanner and pointing it at Areum's knee, her eyes alight. Areum is scandalized.
Diana: Aha! Right knee, outward side.
Areum: How is that possible!
