Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
The Eva Jeanne and Brittany's craft are facing the remains of the mansion. It's charred, half-melted, and in several pieces. We might see a small device in the center.
Brittany (from her craft): We ID'd and gathered the pieces here, and set a stabilizer field to keep them together.
Alyss (from EJ, shaky): What … h-how did ...
Panel 2
Medium shot of Brittany, with Lester nearby.
Brittany: We estimate that in the first few seconds of the attack, temperatures in here exceeded 100,000 degrees Celsius.
Brittany: Then the explosive decompression sent all the buildings crashing into one another, and broken pieces of the Borvonite.
Panel 3
Medium shot of Alyss, looking like she wants to cry.
Brittany (OP): Believe it or not, close to 20 percent of the people here survived. They were inside some of the larger, stronger structures.
Brittany: But a lot of material – and bodies -- were ejected into space. We're still trying to account for everyone.
Panel 4
Looking at Alyss on Brittany's viewscreen.
Alyss: I'd like to inspect the ruins personally, if that's ok.
Brittany: I guess so, but wear a radiation suit. Everything here is still pretty 'hot'.
Brittany: I mean, 'hot' as in radioactive, not …
Alyss: {Sigh} I know what you mean Brittany.
