A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Broadcast voice: Return now to your normal activities. In the coming days we will be in contact with each of you through the network to provide your new Social Passcodes, and work assignments as they are developed.
Panel 2
Switch to a group of people in a public house, watching/listening to the display. They look alarmed.
Broadcast voice: You are warned not to interfere with any Libérateur undertaking his duties. The new order of freedom requires co-operation and conformity to the rules for your own safety.

Another shot of the platoon.
Broadcast voice: No longer need you live in fear of being assaulted or robbed by your criminal gangs, as the Libérateurs will confiscate all offensive weaponry!
