Panel 2
Cut to a scene with Amelia Orme-Colbert in front, behind her is poor Dexter, tied to a chair and flanked by two Libérateurs.
AOC: This is Amelia Orme-Colbert, Senior Executive in charge of the Libérateur forces.
AOC: Despite our entreaties, you Novo Paoloans continue to resist our attempts to Liberate you from the oligarchs who rule this city.
Panel 3
AOC continues:
AOC: Hours ago, a strike force from your so-called ‘Pillars’ invaded the Cedar Park Villas, where dozens of citizens were kept under our protection, kidnapped them, and murdered several of our Libérateurs.
AOC: We cannot allow this sort of behavior to continue. We will fulfill our mission to bring this city into the family of universal humanity, no matter the difficulties.
