Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Kickstarter successful and closed [ May 19, 2026 ]
The Kickstarter campaign for Not-Safe.Space Chapter 3 concluded successfully on April 21, and Scott extended the time allowed for late pledges until May 19.
Books have been ordered from the printer and Scott will be spending the next week or so setting up and sending the PDF files to those who asked for them.
(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)

Panel 1Otto, Paul and Jeffrey pop-in to a large interior room. Some boxes of materiel pop-in with them.
SFK: Popopopop!!
Otto: Ok, we can start with this room.
Otto: Set up the sterilization fields arrange the furniture to receive patients.
Panel 2
Lorelei enters the room.
Lorelei: Otto? What the hell are you doing?
Lorelei: This is our home!
Otto: The Sanatório is full. I’m improvising.

Otto and Lorelei. Paul and Jeffrey are in the background, moving furniture.
Lorelei: We are also a target! The invaders just tried to smash a building into us!
Otto: Everywhere is a target! But here we have fabbers and space to treat more of the wounded!

Otto and Lorelei. Archie comes up behind Lorelei
Lorelei: You can’t just commandeer my property!
Otto: You were the one who taught me to set aside my worries and help people, remember?

Otto, Lorelei, Archie. Paul and Jeffrey enter the frame.
Otto: Kick us out if you want but more people will die and you won’t see me again.
Otto: Or you can focus on defending the compound. And see if Yeonmi can help us.

Lorelei turns to Archie.
Lorelei: Well, don’t just stand there, Archie.
Lorelei: Go fetch Nurse Chen, fire up the fabbers, and see who you can round up to help in here.
