Dark plans fall like thunderbolts.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Indiegogo Campaign Has Begun! [ Nov 10, 2024 ]
Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. And one final incentive for the first 20 who get there first, an add-on for a Free Cosmos Project coaster (1 per perk).
The campaign starts today, Sunday, November 10th, and will conclude in 31 days.

Panel 1
Lorelei does something with her viewer.
Lorelei: Here let me put it up on the large holoscreen…
Kofi (soto voce): Blessed mother of Amanirenas
Panel 2
We see the large holoscreen, with a couple of Pillars’ heads in the foregound. It’s the late, great planet Sharen.
Lorelei: There were … seventeen billion people living rhere.
Lorelei: Only about a million managed to escape before a spreading pyroclastic cloud … overwhelmed them.
Panel 3
Alyss angrily confronts Hugo, some other Pillars in the background also look unhappy. Murphy stands in his defense.
Alyss: HUGO! What have you done?
Murphy: Do you really think Hugo did this?
Hugo: They did this to themselves. With their damned bridge.
Panel 4
Hugo explains, again, as the Pillars consider.
Hugo: They used a dangerous, 8-dimensional technology.
Hugo: It required each end of the bridge be ‘anchored’ in the local gravity well.
Hugo: When I moved the city, the well at this end moved with it.
Hugo:
Panel 5
The Pillars huddle, pondering what they’ve learned.
Alyss: …..
Lorelei: The IGC will think we did this somehow.
Jorge: That’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Enrique: ‘They farked around and found out?’ Hmmm.
Kofi: At least this will discourage anyone building another such bridge.
Panel 6
Alyss turns with a start as Hugo’s hopper fades away. Dominic waves goodbye.
Dominic: Don’t forget to write.
