Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Panel 1Nicole and Brielle swinging those mops.
Alyss narrates: Of course I didn’t make Brielle mop up all by herself.
Alyss: I had to clean out the pump first so we’d have clean water, but that didn’t take long.
Panel 2
Li is riding a flying skiff, looking around
Alyss: Meanwhile, Li cleaned the skiff and went out in search of our harvester, leaving Warren to clean other items that had been soiled in the storage container.

Warren is outside the storage container, wiping down a dome section, when Senhor Elvin comes up to him.
Elvin: Uh, hi. Warren, isn’t it?
Warren: It is.
Elvin: Er, where’s your folks?
Warren: Mom’s in the house. Dad’s looking for the harvester.
Panel 4
Elvin walks off toward the house, Warren speaks into a hand-held device.
Warren: Mom, heads up. Senhor Elvin is coming your way.
Nicole (from device): {SIGH} What does he want?

Elvin is now in the house talking to Nicole. Both have their shoes off. Brielle in the background.
Elvin: I just wanted to stop by and personally thank you and your husband for helping us organize the rescue operation.
Nicole: We made some good friends these last couple of days.
Panel 6
Elvin proffers a tablet to Nicole, who looks at it skeptically.
Elvin: That’s great! Listen, I wanted to get your signature on this …
Elvin: … It’s just a standard release so we can pay you and Senhor Situ for your services.
