Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
All of this should show up in June.

Panel 1The female cop is pinning Nicole's arm painfully to her back, while trying to grab her other hand with the binder-loop. Nicole writhes frantically.
Female Cop: Stop resisting!
Nicole: AWOW! Stop hurting me!
Panel 2
Nicole twists herself away, but in the process connects with one fingertip across the Female Cop's nose.
Nicole: Whuff!
Female Cop: Aa!
SFX: tk
Panel 3
Both cops, now enraged, pounce on Nicole with their clubs in hand. She is paralyzed with fear.
Both cops: THAT'S ASSAULT!
Panel 4
The cops are on Nicole like a pair of angry Shiva-gods, pounding her mercilessly with their sticks. Nicole writhes helplessly under the assault.
Cops: STOP RESISTING! STOP RESISTING!
Nicole: SHRIEEEEEK!!!

Med close-up on Nicole's terrified face, already showing cuts and bruises, a hand showing dislocated knuckles, in full primal panic. The panel grows dark around the edges.
