Quantum Vibe

A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Claud (from screen): WE WANTD 2 FIND OUT IF CHEEZ ADDICT CUD POSIBLY MAK SUCCESFUL SUN-DIV, SO WE CONSULTD AN EXPERT ON PILOT FYSIOLOGY.

On the screen, we see a slender blonde woman, apparent age about 40, seated behind a desk. We can also see the back of Claud's head in the foreground. A blurb at the bottom of the screen identifies the woman as Dr. Catherine Zike.
Zike: Highly unlikely, if not impossible.
Zike: While pilots on long solo flights will often use modern stimulants, the combination of chemicals in so-called 'cheez' would cause a rapid deterioration in ability to focus.
