Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)
Panel 1
Peng-Bo seats himself across from Seamus. The holoscreen is in stand-by mode.
Seamus: Will Mr. Tong be re-joining us?
Peng-Bo: Shortly. He has a -- family matter to attend to.
Panel 2
Looking past Seamus at Peng-Bo, looking levelly at Seamus.
Peng-Bo: But I am surprised by your friend Mr. Copperton's response.
Peng-Bo: After all, Tong and Ma-Bo have also not taken this oath you find so important.
Panel 3
Medium shot of Seamus, matching Peng-Bo's pose.
Seamus: True. However, Po's nephews have no standing outside their inheritance, placing them in a vastly less-dangerous position than you have as a HuoJinGong Director.
Panel 4
Medium close-up on Peng-Bo, striking a malevolently contemplative pose.
Peng-Bo: Yes, Dr. O'Murchadha, I suppose I can be dangerous, as you put it.
Peng-Bo: I recommend you find a way around Mr. Copperton's objections, or else you will learn just how dangerous I can be.
