Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Nicole and Antigone are walking along a hotel corridor. Behind them is Murphy, encased in a Bubb which is following them.
Caption: Following a stop back at Stone's ship to retrieve Murphy:
Antigone: Where do you think she kept her back-up storage?
Nicole: I'm not certain.
Panel 2
They enter the girls' apartment.
Antigone: Did she have any kind of suitcase or carry bag?
Nicole: I never saw one, but maybe she hid it with a holofield the way I usually do with my carry-all belt.
Panel 3
Antigone looks around the room. We see the overstuffed chair Murphy often sat in, next to Nicole's bed.
Antigone: Where did she spend her downtime?
Nicole: Sometimes in that overstuffed chair, and sometimes … uh … in bed with me.
Panel 4
Antigone looks at Nicole, who is blushing again, flustered.
Nicole: I get nightmares sometimes, from what happened on Luna, all right?
Antigone: I'm not judging you.
Panel 5
Antigone is looking around the overstuffed chair.
Antigone: I'm not seeing anything that could be a storage unit.
Antigone: Could Seamus be keeping one for her?
Panel 6
Antigone and Nicole. Nicole is looking thoughtful, troubled.
Nicole: I suppose he could.
Nicole: But that would mean she wasn't doing daily back-ups.
Nicole: Seamus has been holed up in his room the last 5 days, doing dawk-knows-what.
Panel 7
Now Nicole and Antigone, with Murphy still floating in the Bubb, are outside the door to Seamus' room.
Nicole: Seamus! Let us in! Murphy needs you!
Seamus (from inside): Later! I'm busy!
Panel 8
Nicole glances angrily at Antigone, who is a study in stoicism.
Nicole: When we get in there, can I kick him in the balls?
Antigone: I'll pretend I didn't hear that.
