Quantum Vibe

A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Quantum Vibe: Seamus - By Scott Bieser w/Zeke Bieser & Lea Jean Badellas

Kickstarter successful and closed [ May 19, 2026 ]

The Kickstarter campaign for Not-Safe.Space Chapter 3 concluded successfully on April 21, and Scott extended the time allowed for late pledges until May 19.

Books have been ordered from the printer and Scott will be spending the next week or so setting up and sending the PDF files to those who asked for them.

(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)

Thanks to all for supporting this Kickstarter!

Transcript For Strip 74

Panel 1
The monitor room. Wayne is rushing in. Seamus is full of glee.
Wayne: I can't believe you called me. What is it?
Seamus: I wanted you to see this for yourself.

Panel 2
Monitor's-eye view of Seamus, with Wayne over his shoulder, both staring into it. Wayne looks amazed.
Seamus: See? Ten lovely flowers.
Wayne: You mean, ten 1-megaton fission blasts.

Panel 3
Full shot of the monitor room. Wayne is now looking at his monitors. The valets are straggling in.
Seamus: Yes, ten blasts, in the right place, all timed precisely.
Wayne: Then, your pilot made it?

Panel 4
Same shot, each man looking at his own set of monitors.
Wayne: There's still no telemetry stream from the Flyer.
Seamus: What are the odds that those packages were dropped in the right place and time by a dead pilot?
