Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
In a corridor intersection, Jesús speaks with his comrade, Ajax, as Moe and Nicole look on. (Murphy and Seamus also present but not in this frame.
Axaj: All passengers and original crew are in their lifeboats and on their way.
Hernandez: Good. Now I need you and Menelaus and Rukmini take the Jalopy out to five kilometers ...
Panel 2
Ajax is looking a bit disconcerted.
Hernandez: If all goes well, within a few minutes we will seem to vanish.
Hernandez: When that happens, head back to base and we should be along in 12 to 15 hours.
Panel 3
Ajax looks amused, as Moe barks at him.
Ajax: You're giving me the Jalopy and taking Moe with you?
Hernandez: I need Moe aboard Argosy, in case there are any hiccups with our customization.
Moe: Just take 'er home, you goof-ball, and there better not be a scratch on her when I get back!
Panel 4
Moe walks down a corridor alongside Seamus, with Nicole, Murphy, and Moe following.
Seamus: There won't be any hiccups with the EM-shield, you know.
Hernandez: If and when we get this ship home undetected, I'll apologize.
