Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
All of this should show up in June.
Transcript For Strip 98
Panel 1In the lower foreground, we see the back of Nicole's head. In the background, we see Gary, Jake, Bo, two others wearing the Sun-Shooters jackets, and three more people, gathered in a small party room. They are all holding drinks, Jake holds up a bottle.
Jake: There she is, our guest of honor!
Bo: Welcome, our Sister Star-Shooter!
Panel 2
Reverse view. We see the backs of some of the others' heads in the foreground, and in the middle ground, Nicole, dressed to the nines, with Seamus in tow. He's holding a whiskey bottle. Nicole is looking touched.
Nicole: Wow, 'sister.' All my life I've been an only child.
Nicole: Now I have a collection of really awesome brothers.
Panel 3
Gary holds forth a garment box, which he opens to reveal another Sun-Shooters jacket. Jake is handing a glass of some beverage to Nicole.
Gary: As a club member, you're entitled to an official Brotherhood of Sun-Shooters flight jacket.
Jake: She's also entitled to a good stiff drink.
Panel 4
Nicole takes the bottle Seamus has been holding. Bo and some of the others look non-plussed.
Nicole: Thanks, Jake, but Seamus promised me this expensive bottle of chocolate whiskey for completing the mission, and I'm gonna have some now.
Bo: Chocolate … whiskey?
