Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1The girls are walking back across the gangway from the star-boat.
Murphy: So what else did you do there besides take selfies?
Nicole: I did a quick tour of the binary system. Made some shorter hops with the displacement engine and used the gravity drive for maneuvering.
Panel 2
Close two-shot of the girls. Murphy looks a bit angry.
Murphy: A quick tour? You were supposed to just take readings from your point of entry, review and log all onboard systems, and return.
Nicole: I did all that. Plus, I took a quick tour of the system.
Nicole: Did you know there's a figure-8-shaped asteroid field around the binaries?

The girls continue along a corridor.
Murphy: That is interesting. But, Nicole, if we're going to do this right, we need to follow protocols. For your own safety.
Nicole: Safety? You're talking to the one-and-only Sun-Diver Girl. Besides, I did that upload so I'm fully backed-up.
Panel 4
The enter another room. Murphy smiles an evil little smile, and Nicole looks a bit troubled.
Murphy: Your mind is, but I promised Li I'd bring you back to him safe and sound.
Murphy: And just to make sure, I'm going to give you a full physical examination.
Murphy: And, I'm going to be VERY thorough.
