Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Bok enters the family's new apartment. In the foreground, we see Dorothy and Santiago sitting on the sofa. Dorothy is looking at a tablet she's holding; Santiago is gazing up at the large video screen OP.
Bok: So how did the day go, Aunt ...
Bok: … huh.
Screen (OP): Ruth, why didn't you tell me Zachary wasn't at the winery.
Panel 2
Angled view so that we are looking from behind the sofa. Bok is looking at his father, Santiago is gazing at the video screen, which appears to be showing some kind of drama program. Dorothy has turned to speak with Bok.
Bok: Is he … actually watching the video?
Dorothy: I'm not sure, really. It does seem to hold his attention, somehow.
Screen (Female character): I'm sorry, Torvald, but … we thought it would be better that you didn't know.
Panel 3
Angled view away from the video screen so we can see the characters' faces. Dorothy is looking back at her tablet, Santiago is gazing at the screen, enraptured. Bok is looking at the screen dubiously.
Dorothy: Nurse Demeanor suggested this. She said it would stimulate his cognition.
Bok: I'm not sure that 'stimulate' is the right word.
Screen (OP): Dammit, how can we re-establish the trust in our relationship if you're not truthful to me?
