To boldly go where no manic pixie dream girl has gone before.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Cut back to the 'present,' in Alyss Roaz' parlour with Alyss, Hugo and Murphy. Alyss is indignantly surprised, Hugo is a bit subdued.
Alyss: Hugo!! What the shuck! That isn't like you!
Murphy: You're right, it's not. At least, not normally. But this is another data-point that will become important later.
Panel 2
Shift focus to Alyss, leaning back in her chair and looking disgusted.
Alyss: I'm not sure what to make of a thousand-year-old Tin Man acting like a 15-year-old hooligan.
Hugo: I just blurted it out, and apologized immediately. We'll explain later.
Alyss: I'm looking forward to that one.
Panel 3
Shift focus to Murphy.
Hugo: Fortunately, Hugo's innuendo was completely lost on our hosts.
Murphy: Fortunately for us, anyway. Their culture apparently has no experience with oral sex.
Murphy: Which is yet another data-point.
