Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
The vortices showcase different configurations of Plancktronic Brain with tags indicating class: Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, Class 5.
Scarlett: Positronics remained the basis for automated, single-purpose service drones, which we call 'autobots,' or simply, 'bots.'
Scarlett: But as the Plancktronic technology progressed, brainframes developed in five different directions, becoming Classes numbered 1 through 5.
Panel 2
Another cartoon-diagraphic depicting a central brain controlling an atmsophere factory.
Scarlett: Classes 1 and 2 are designed for administering complex operations, such as a star-liner or an atmosphere factory. They have no personality, therefore no person-hood.
Scarlett: They exist for a specific purpose, and when you ask them they'll tell you they prefer having a pre-set purpose rather than needing to figure one out.
Panel 3
Now Scarlett floats next to a very large water vortex containing an image of Huoxing.
Scarlett: During this time humans mostly from ancient China were terra-forming Terra's neighboring planet, which they called Huoxing.
Scarlett: Arti-folk were manufactured in abundance as a labor force, but since the Chinese did not regard them as persons deserving of rights, they became a slave class.
Panel 4
Scarlett floats in front of an diagrammatic image depicting the expansion of humanity from the Milky Way Galaxy. We can see a cameo of Murphy in an inset.
Scarlett: But, many of the Class 3, 4 and 5 arti-folk escaped to Luna or L-5 City, where they were accorded full personhood status, and thrived. One of these co-invented the Discontinuous Displacement Drive, which enabled humanity to spread across the universe.
Caption: ...and also was the concubine to Terra's most notorious mass-murderer. But they won't bring that up.
