Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
The trio parts company – we can see Vanessa walking away in the background, while Seamus and Nicole proceed into the foreground right.
Nicole: So, that final bit of business is …?
Seamus: What did I promise you I'd do ere leaving Venus?
Panel 2
Two-shot of Nicole and Seamus, proceeding along a pathway.
Nicole: You'd tell me what the project is about.
Seamus: And so I shall. But before I do ...
Panel 3
They have stopped to face one another. Seamus is making a point to Nicole.
Seamus: You must agree that once I pull you into full confidence, and you then choose to continue with me, that there will be no more whining, no more second thoughts, no talk of quitting.
Panel 4
They continue along the path.
Nicole: What if I choose not to continue with you?
Seamus: Then you go home to L-5 City. Or you can stay with your mother if you prefer.
Seamus: But you'll still be bound by the non-disclosure clause in your contract, understand?
