Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Diana and company are in the Super-flyer as it passes back through the outer chamber of the building.
Dong: We should activate our chameleon-field before going outside again.
Diana: Right-eo. I picked five designs for the Mechanic to program-in. Areum, switch on the first one.
Panel 2
A flyer about the same size and overall shape of the Super-flyer, but otherwise looking very different, soars away from the Mechanic's building.
Areum: Chameleon Program One engaged.
Dong: A more contemporary design, but perhaps a bit … fancy for the neighborhood we'll be staying in.
Panel 3
Inside the cabin.
Diana: Everyone's a critic. Okay, in what sort of neighborhood will we hang our hats?
Dong: This one, in fact. Areum, take us to the Baxter Building.
Panel 4
Different angle in the cabin.
Diana: The Baxter … wait, which sphere are we in, now?
Dong: Some people call it Pandemonium, but I think that is rather uncharitable.
Diana: Uncharitable to this sphere, or to the mythical capital?
