Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.

Monty: If you're worried about that, you should be doing daily back-ups.
Diana: Yeah, but I haven't had … uh-oh.
Diana: My back-up storage cube is still back in my old apartment.

Diana, Wook, and Monty.
Monty: Er, no.
Monty: After the place was trashed, and you indicated you didn't want to go back there, Alyss had your belongings gathered-up and brought here.
Diana: Er, thanks. But you should have consulted with me on that.

Diana and Monty. Diana is alarmed.
Monty: You're right. We shouldn't have assumed, even though you disappeared for a while.
Monty: But more to the point … there was no back-up cube among your belongings.
Diana: What!

Diana and Monty. Monty puts a comforting arm around Diana's shoulders.
Monty: Don't despair. I can fab you a new unit, and do a full back-up while you're here.
Diana: That's great, although now the bad guys could know everything there is to know about me.
Monty: I doubt their knowing your true hair color will matter much.
