Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Alyss has walked around the table and is standing next to Diana. Her smile has disappeared. Monty is pretending to busy himself at the console.
Alyss: Very funny. But seriously, 100 Moebits for a doll-house is completely desquiciado.
Diana: I have a very strong feeling about that doll-house.
Alyss: You have a feeling worth 100 Moebits?
Panel 2
Diana and Alyss, with Monty looking on from the background.
Diana: It was also worth-while to avoid a drawn-out haggling, which might have revealed too much.
Alyss: And offering a king's ransom for a doll-house isn't revealing someone's deep pockets?
Alyss: Where did you learn this was a good way to get anywhere?
Panel 3
Diana and Alyss. Things are getting a bit heated.
Diana: I learned from you, when you offered an emperor's ransom for my services.
Alyss: Well-played. Here's another lesson: If that toy you bought doesn't lead us to a solution, I'm not covering that expense.
Panel 4
Diana is about to retort when Monty butts in.
Diana: You can …
Monty: Pardon the interruption, but there's something I've learned about that toy, after examining it.
Alyss: Something worth 100 Moe-bits?
