Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Dominic is standing behind the wetbar, a bottle in one hand as he's searching behind the counter for something else.
Alyss: I need you to take a look at this model and tell me what you think.
Dominic: I need a drink, first. Don't you have any clean glasses back here?
Alyss: Don't know, I haven't used this bar in more than a year.
Panel 2
Dominic holds up a bottle of scotch.
Dominic: Then it's been sadly neglected.
Dominic: On the other hand, there's plenty of quality spirits here.
Dominic: Ah! Here's a Glenlivet that's old enough to have sex with.
Panel 3
Dominic looks over at Diana, who is still quietly seething.
Dominic: Well, that is, assuming you're not some kind of pervert.
Dominic: You're not a pervert, are you?
Diana: Depends on who's asking.
Panel 4
Dominic has found a glass and is pouring a drink. Diana looks worriedly at Alyss.
Dominic: I'll drink to that!
Diana: Aren't you worried that drinking will cloud his mind?
Alyss: Not this kid. Getting a mild whisky-buzz actually helps him deal with higher maths.
