Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
QV on a short break [ Jul 15, 2026 ]
QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.
Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.
Panel 1
Alyss has pulled Dominic back and is giving orders.
Dominic (to Diana): You wanna stunt their growth?
Alyss: This is no time for foolishness, Dommi!
Alyss: You once wrote about a hyper-cubexahedron in an article some time back.
Panel 2
Alyss is leading Dominic along the corridor away from a still-annoyed Diana, who follows behind, Wook bringing up the rear.
Alyss: Could something like that a really be used to bypass our shields?
Dominic: The hyper-cubexahedron? Well sure, if such a thing could be constructed.
Dominic: But it's impossible! Such an object can't exist in 4D spacetime.
Panel 3
The ensemble turns down another hallway.
Dominic: The whole idea was just some goofy extrapolation of the math.
Dominic: An example of the absurdity of throwing orthogonal dimensions into the equations.
Dominic: I never gave it another thought.
Panel 4
They enter a lounge area, with a wetbar.
Alyss: We think someone else has been thinking about it.
Alyss: And they may be trying to build a bypass device of some sort.
Dominic: Well that just goes to show how absurd people can be sometimes.
