Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Diana is pondering the key, but still has a question for Alyss.
Diana: Right. So then why are you leaving Bubbleopolis?
Alyss: You may have noticed, I've become altogether too … autocratic lately.
Alyss: Yes, even moreso than when I snatched you from Zytemonde and planted you in this city.
Panel 2
Diana is looking doubtful. But Alyss is set on her path, now walking away from the other two.
Diana: It's not like that was a bad thing.
Alyss: I need a change of scene. I've signed up with a small group that are going to colonize a system in … well, another galaxy, I'll leave it at that.
Alyss: I'll have my stuff out of here in two days.
Panel 3
Cut back to Diana and Bok at the soda shop.
Diana: And so she left town. And Monty's terms were quite favorable. I'm living in a mansion now, for a simple flat's rent.
Bok: Oh yeah? What's it like living with a Python, a Panther, a Panda, and a Porcupine all using one brain?
Panel 4
Cut again to the final panel: Diana is in bed with an android that somehow looks a great deal like John Cleese (as he was in his 30s). Both are smiling at the reader. Again, Diana is narrating the scene from a cameo window:
Diana: It's not bad at all. Quite good, in fact. Monty is very creative, and versatile.
Caption: End.
