Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Aboard the Dejah Thoris, Nicole approaches the entrance to a shipboard lounge, bearing the name, 'Greater Helium Lounge.' A smaller sign reads 'Happy Hour.'
Nicole: This looks promising.
Panel 2
Nicole is sitting at a table, a waitress – a femiform android dressed like a Barsoomian 'red' female, has come up, and is handing her a card.
Waitress: Welcome to Greater Helium. Would you like to see a cocktail list?
Nicole: Sure.
Panel 3
Nicole looks at the card and appears a bit concerned.
Nicole (thought): Man, these shipboard drink prices are stiff. Better check my bank account.
Panel 4
Nicole has a finger pressed just underneath her left eye. A holographic spreadsheet appears in front of her face. Nicole's eyes go wide.
Nicole: Whoa!
