Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Alex is getting to his feet. He looks a bit wobbly still.
Zondra (OP, electronic): And it turns out all they knew that mattered was that we were dating.
Zondra: Which I fully expected they'd know, for the love o' Gourd.
Panel 2
We can see Zondra now, standing on her side of the door, ranting.
Zondra: Which means I was also risking my ass going back to Bubbleopolis to get you.
Zondra: And what did I get for that? A big fat nothing!
Panel 3
Back on Alex' side of the door, Alex is standing up straight, gathering his wits.
Alex: Are you looking for sympathy? An apology?
Alex: You murdered over a million of my fellow citizens and fixed the blame on ME.
Zondra (OP, electronic): Oh, nothing like that.
Panel 4
Back on Alex's side, the room is suddenly illuminated in red light, pair of panels within what is now clearly a doorway flashing ‶WARNING: PRESSURE DOORS ENGAGED″. He is turned to look in that direction in alarm.
Zondra (OP, electronic): I wanted to see the look on your face when you figure out what's going to happen to you.
