Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Bok is reporting the news on a livestream.
Bok: This just in: Mere moments after the first explosion, a SECOND blast has destroyed the Miguel Morrison Convention Center in Aroeira Sphere.
Bok: The Center was a mere 250 meters from Clínica do Renascimento, which also sustained some damage.
Panel 2
Bok speaks from an inset while the main panel shows medical workers scrambling over patients in a triage/first aid scene. We should be able to spot Otto among the workers.
Bok: Nonetheless, the Clínica is serving as a triage center for bombing victims, as medical teams work feverishly to save lives.
Panel 3
Bok continues, a stock 5-shot of the Five Pillars filling the background behind him.
Bok: Meanwhile negotiations with the Galactic Council continue in pursuit of a Security Treaty, as they're calling it.
Bok: I am told an agreement is coming 'very soon,' which might help us identify the shadowy group behind the attacks.
Panel 4
Closer on Bok, giving a wry grin.
Bok: What remains to be seen is, what will the cost of the Council's assistance come to?
Bok: Some sources suggest the I.C. Wants 'qualified immunity' for its employees working here, and suspending some privacy protections.
Bok: As if even the Pillars could enforce such changes.
