Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Cut to Alyss' office, where she is joined by Francisco da Costa. They are pouring over more than a dozen screens scattered over a table.
Alyss: So what does your analysis leave us with?
Francisco: {sigh} Still 47 corporations who may benefit most directly from the first attack, and have the skills and resources to pull it off.
Panel 2
Different angle on Alyss and Francisco.
Alyss: This elimination process isn't eliminating enough.
Francisco: Agreed. But since Sergio sent Albert off on a hunting expedition, my own resources are limited.
Alyss: Have you got any intel from your business contacts abroad?
Panel 3
Yet another angle on Alyss and Francisco. They react to a familiar sound.
Francisco: Only some hints and rumors.
Francisco: Astralcamph-Metapol had a major turnover in their directorate. The new crew is younger and rather brash.
Francisco: But then … eh?
SFX: Wheeze-Rnup Wheeze-Rnup
Panel 4
Looking past Alyss and Francisco, Hugo Galvéz and Murphy emerge from their cylindrical hopper which has materialized nearby.
Alyss: You're late.
Hugo: Sorry, Alyss, but time-management has never been my strong suit.
Francisco: You could get a better suit, you know.
