Story & Art: Scott Bieser - Sci-Fi Adventure Monday & Thursday.
Dark plans fall like thunderbolts.
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Project Complete! [ Oct 31, 2023 ]
We made it! We exceeded our target goal and we're wrapping up the loose ends. Big thanks to our project backers. We're your biggest fans for supporting our project to create the Omnibus hard bound edition of Quantum Vibe: The Murphy Drive>, a collection of the first three volumes of the Quantum Vibe saga.
Over the next week or so, Scott will be assembling the book pages for printing. We expect to have the printed books and other items on hand and ready for ship in December 2023. The E-book edition of the Omnibus should be available for download from DriveThruComics to those backers who selected that award. Vouchers will be sent via email.
Ka and Albert exit the shop arm in arm
Ka: Okay, here's what I know:
Ka: Zondra has talked about three worlds she's been to lately.
Ka: Shārén, Cahuenga Renascido, and Novo Paolo ...
The continue strolling. Ka winks at Albert
Ka: … Better-known as 'Bubbleopolis'.
Albert: So I've heard.
Ka: Heh. You're from Bubbleopolis, aren't you?
They are exiting the mall area, onto the boardwalk. We see some beach and ocean.
Albert: Well, not originally, but for the last couple centuries.
Albert: What gave me away? My accent?
Ka: Your clothes when I met you.
Albert: My clothes?
Ka laughs as she pokes him in the chest. (And we can see a shadowy figure following some distance behind them.
Ka: You see, I've heard Bubbleopolis is a pretty wild place, what with no formal government.
Ka: And when I saw you I said to myself, 'any man who'd dress like that isn't afraid of anything.'
Albert: How droll.
