Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
What Comes Next [ Mar 18, 2024 ]
The war is over, but This Means War has a ways to go. Novo Paolo/Bubbleopolis is still in a nebula/stellar nursery, no one knows what happened to the planet Sharen (center of the Intergalactic Council), and the status of the now-surrendered Invaders is yet to be resolved. What will they do when they learn their homeworld is basically destroyed? Will Alyss and Li be re-united? How about Diana (the real one) and Otto?
These questions will be resolved in the next few weeks, before This Means War part 3 wraps in late May.
After that, I plan to go BACK in time about 400 years, to when Alyss and Li left their home in the Sol System to colonize a new world on the far side of the galaxy. As one might expect, hijinks ensue. New subtitle yet to be determined, start date sometime in around the start of July. Stay tuned!

Bok: On Day 7 of the Invasion, sporadic violence continues as the so-called ‘Libérateurs’ enforce their declared lockdown.
Panel 2
Cut to Jerome Falstaff on his own set with his own Noticícias Increditável logo.
Jerome: Invaders continue to pour in through the city’s Displacer network, establishing themselves in sphere after sphere.
Jerome: In contrast to the initial arrival, Libérateurs in the spheres later penetrated are finding the citizenry already in hiding.
Panel 3
Back to Bok. Behind him is file footage of Sergio Cooper.
Bok: Both Cooper Seguridad and Proteção Griswalds are advising citizens to shelter in place, and avoid confrontations with the well-shielded Libérateurs.
Bok: Sergio Cooper would only tell me that a response to the invasion is being assembled.
Panel 4
Back to Jerome. Behind him is a view of the Segundu Azul bank, being swarmed by snappers.
Jerome: Security forces are already fighting back, at certain key locations.
Jerome: One of them is Segundo Azul, the largest banking institution in the city.
Jerome: The building is shielded, but has little in the way of weaponry.
Panel 5
Back to Bok, who narrates as in the background, Eva Jeanne roars past the Segundo Azul building, guns blazing.
Bok: … at least until Alyss Roaz showed up in the Eva Jeanne, which was originally designed to fight a whole planet.
Panel 6
Jerome looking a bit sullen, against a backdrop of Eva Jeanne flying past debris of blasted snappers.
Jerome: At least ONE of the Pillars is doing more than hunkering down.
Jerome: Of course, it helps to have one’s own personal battleship.
