Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Transcript For Strip 2424
Panel 1José runs up to Yeonmi in the mansion’s infirmary.
José: Yeonmi! We have to evacuate! We’re about to get smashed!
Yeonmi: No way, José.
Panel 2
We see Yeonmi standing defiantly in front of the Lazarus tank she’s been tending.
Yeonmi: My patient cannot be moved!
Yeonmi: She is being re-constructed molecule by molecule in this Lazarus tank.!

Back to Lorelei and Archie at her command console. José speaks from an inset.
José: Everyone’s leaving except Yeonmi. She won’t abandon Diana.
Lorelei: Admirable dedication, but …
Archie: Hey, look!

From the mansion’s POV we see a red figure, with mechanical wings spread wide, pop into the path of the approaching building.
Archibald (OP): What … or who … is that?

The Rodriguez building Foomps away, along with the winged figure.
SFX: FOOMP!

Cut to Lorelei and Archibald looking at their monitor, gob-smacked.
Archibald: I never expected my guardian angel to look quite like that.
