Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.

Transcript For Strip 288
Panel 1Inside the rejuvenation room where Seamus lies comatose in his vat, under a hard shell. The trio are charging in, looking about at the otherwise empty room.
Enforcer 1: Is that him in that, uh, crypt?
Enforcer 2: It's a rejuvenation vat, you dimwit.
Enforcer 3: How do we get him out of it?
Panel 2
The young furry-woman PA we'd seen in this room previously steps in from another doorway and is surprised by the intruders.
Woman: What -- oh!
Enforcer 1: Hey, a furr-ball!
Panel 3
Just as the intruders have the PA in their clutches, an alarm sounds and the lights suddenly brighten.
SFX: BWARRRP! BWARRRP! BWARRRP!
Enforcer 1: Crap!
Enforcer 2: We're in the countdown now, boys.
Panel 4
Enforcer 2 lifts the furry PA up by her shoulders and he snarls in her face. She looks frightened but still has her wits about her.
Enforcer 2: We got two minutes to get that tub of cream cheese outa here. Alive or dead.
Enforcer 2: You want it to be alive?
SFX: BWARRRP! BWARRRP! BWARRRP!
