Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Still carying Sharkisian, Seamus has moved closer to the door where he encounters Samantha, the furry med-tech. The Beltape is kneeling over the prone body of Copperton, laying fingers alongside his neck to check for a pulse.
Samantha: What --?
Seamus: Your emergency medi-vat! Where is it?
Panel 2
Now out in the hallway, Samantha begins to lead Seamus to the emergency section. Seamus has turned his head to bark commands to the two Beltape orderlies who are now on the scene.
Samantha: This way ...
Seamus: Remove the zing-gun from that man's pocket and secure him for questioning later.
Panel 3
Samantha leads Seamus along the hallway.
Seamus: You might consider alerting the police.
Samantha: No, only an idiot calls the police if he doesn't have to.
Panel 4
Samantha leads Seamus into the emergency section, towards a medi-vat.
Seamus: I leave this planet for 100 years and everything's gone to hell.
Samantha: What's that?
