Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Pull back to show Nicole 'standing' next to Seamus behind a plate-glass window. Seamus is rubbing his eyes with thumb and forefinger of one hand.
Seamus: No ... no, just meditating.
Nicole: Come have dinner with me.

Seamus: Thank you, no. I'm not hungry and prefer to wait here.

Nicole: We're all shaken up about Murphy.
Nicole: My ears are still ringing from Buford's scream when we ... found her.
Nicole: But there's nothing more we can do to help our Robot Girl.

Reverse view. Now we're looking past Nicole and Seamus into the room beyond the glass. It's a cleam-room environment in which five technicians -- two Beltapes and three artifolk -- are working the machinery that is re-building Murphy.
Nicole: She's in the hands of the techs now.
