Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
Strip 59
Panel 1
A small tow-bot tows the Helio-Flyer on its landing gear out of the hangar, through a thick membrane which keeps the hangar pressurized, out onto the launch platform.
Nicole (in flyer): Helio-Flyer to Dispatch – all systems are showing green, ready to launch when clear.
Panel 2
The Helio-Flyer lifts off on small VTOL rockets recessed into her hull.
Dispatcher (filtered): Helio-Flyer, you are clear to launch and proceed on flight plan.
Panel 3A
Medium close-up of the Dispatcher. We can also see Seamus, waiting outside the window.
Nicole (filtered): At 800 meters, initiating burn for insertion into sub-Coronal Solar orbit.
Nicole: Also, your fly is open.

The Dispatcher reflexively looks down toward his crotch.
Dispatcher: Huh?
