Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Murphy, Nicole, Buford and Nigel enter the girls' hotel room.
Nicole: Maybe you can try a different approach to the Vesta Vista server.
Murphy: I know of one but it entails some personal risk.

Nigel and Buford. Nigel is looking at one of the walls.
Nigel: This wallpaper looks risky enough as it is.
Buford: Yeah, I've only had one beer and already it's making me queasy again.

Nigel, Buford.
Nigel: Why don't you change it?
Buford: I can change it?
Nigel: Sure. Where are the room controls?

Pull back to show Nicole in the foreground, grinning and pointing at her head. The room's wallpaper is now changed to something a lot less garish.
Nicole: Got 'em right here. What d'you think?
Nigel: Much better.
Buford: Show off.
