Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Nicole and Murphy walk along a corridor. Nicole looks disgruntled.
Nicole (muttering): Dirty rotten conniving asshole ...
Murphy: What do you mean?
Nicole: Seamus. He knows about … what's been going on between us, and conned me into spending some time with you in hopes we'll patch things up.
Panel 2
The ascend to higher decks via an escalator. Murphy is annoyed.
Nicole: He didn't even have to con you, you just obeyed him like a stupid puppy.
Murphy (coldly): I beg your pardon.
Panel 3
They emerge into a concourse. Nicole is face-palming.
Nicole: {sigh} I'm sorry, Murphy. You're not stupid, you're just smitten. And I need to cut you some slack.
Nicole: Who knows, you might seduce that old bastard after all.
Panel 4
The two stroll towards a row of boutique shops.
Murphy: So what are you going to do now?
Nicole: I'm going to fill this prescription. I looked it up and Seamus wasn't lying about it being helpful.
