Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Books have been ordered from the printer and Scott will be spending the next week or so setting up and sending the PDF files to those who asked for them.
(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)
Panel 1
Hernandez leans back against the table, smiling. Nobody else is smiling.
Hernandez: So! You would not trade your secret even for the lives of your companions!
Hernandez: What do you think of that, companions?
Panel 2
Hernandez leans towards Nicole, who has eyes down, trembling as if about to explode.
Hernandez: This hombre is your Boss, Ms Oresme, not your grampa.
Hernandez: Would you expect him to not consider you expendable?
Hernandez: Do you not value your life more?
Panel 3
Hernandez leans towards Murphy, who looks back at him coolly.
Hernandez: Robot Chica, you would fetch a great price out in the frontier worlds, where femme comfort is scarce.
Hernandez: Can you give me a reason to pass up that deal?
Panel 4
Hernandez leans back against the table again, and the girls answer him, with fingers extended. Seamus is smiling again.
Nicole: Eat a pickle, Hernandez.
Murphy: With bilge-sludge relish.
Nicole (thoughtsend): Ooh! Hey! I like that one.
