A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Transcript For Strip 810
Panel 1Cut to: Nicole, Murphy and Seamus, dressed for dinner, approach an ornate double-door. Nicole is excited to be meeting a famous person.
Nicole: So you've already met Adileh Satrapi? What's she like?
Murphy: She's a kindly old grandmother who will serve you milk and cookies.
Panel 2
The door opens and our protagonists are confronted by Leyaj. This time he's wearing a filmy tutu over a g-string, under a tux jacket with cummerbund. Nicole is taken aback but the others take Leyaj in stride. He looks down his nose at them like a typical British butler.
Leyaj: Ah, yes, madame is expecting you. Please come this way.
Panel 3
In a foyer, Adileh glides in from a side-door to meet the gang. She is wearing a very sexy evening gown.
Adileh: Seamus! You're right on time.
Adileh: My other guest has already been seated. Shall we join him?
Seamus: Other guest?
Panel 4
In the dining room, a round table is set for five places. At one of them is Li-Liang. Nicole is overjoyed, Murphy is chagrined.
Adileh: I believe you may have met before?
Panel 5
Everyone seats themselves, except for Nicole, who sits as Li holds her chair.
Seamus: My word, do you realize how long it's been since you and I and Li have sat at the same dinner table?
Adileh: Seventeen years, eight months, if I recall correctly.
Panel 6
Murphy speaks up, to Adileh.
Murphy: I'm almost afraid to ask, but how do you and Mr. … and Li know each other?
Adileh: He was my first network administrator. Also my only network administrator.
Panel 7
Adileh, Li, Nicole, Murphy.
Adileh: I didn't want to let the opportunity for re-uniting you two gentlemen pass.
Murphy: As it turns out, they were re-united this morning. All morning.
Panel 8
Adileh and Murphy look at Li and Nicole, who only seem to have eyes for each other.
Adileh: I see. Well, somehow I don't think Li has had his fill of socializing.
Murphy: Neither has Nicole.
