A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Amos is keying some instructions into the fabber as Mitch stands by. Murphy is no longer in the scene.
Amos: She out of earshot?
Mitch: I think so.
Amos: Mitch, you are such a bitch.

Amos turns to scold Mitch, who looks defensive.
Amos: I can't believe you agreed to let her rip your aḍakōśa off if she couldn't get to Saturn!
Mitch: I can't believe you held out for another 24 thousand augrams.

Amos is not impressed.
Mitch: But she's a high-class doxy-bot, man! Best lay possible!
Amos: Yeah? So how good was it?

Amos turns back to the fabber. Mitch is clearly lying.
Mitch: It was … it was absolutely wild, man! The best ever! There wasn't ANYTHING she wouldn't do!
Amos: Uh-huh.
