Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Seamus and Baines are both still stuggling, as Carl pokes his head around the curve of the hallway.
Carl: Now what – I say, what in tarnation is going on here?

Seamus struggles against his grogginess, Baines still struggles against the cape which has him wrapped up like a burrito.
Seamus: Baines … he … tried to grab me ...

With a mighty effort, Baines begins ripping his way out of the cape, as Carl looks on
Baines: Unh!
SFX: RRIIPPPPP!!!
Carl: Holy moley!

With amazing speed, Baines is out of the cape and has already grabbed Seamus by his zringer-hand.
Baines: You're not getting away this time!
Seamus: Help!!!
