Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Indiegogo Campaign Has Begun! [ Nov 10, 2024 ]
Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. And one final incentive for the first 20 who get there first, an add-on for a Free Cosmos Project coaster (1 per perk).
The campaign starts today, Sunday, November 10th, and will conclude in 31 days.

Panel 1
Back aboard the Cissonius, Seamus is conscious now, a bit groggy still in the chaise lounge, still has the thing on his hand. Pearl and Mineola sit close-by, Fred is in a chair not far away.
Seamus: So Carl's going to live? Thank science.
Seamus: But why isn't Nicole here? Where is she?
Panel 2
Seamus, Pearl and Mineola. The women look reticent.
Pearl: Uh, yeah, Nicole ...
Mineola: Victoria thought you should rest, but …
Mineola: Baines got her. Took her off the boat.
Panel 3
Seamus bolts upright in alarm. The women try to calm him.
Seamus: Off the boat!! Where?
Pearl: Calm down! You're still concussed!
Mineola: We know where they went, Seamus.
Panel 4
Fred pipes up, Seamus and the women turn to look at him.
Fred: Took her to a passing freighter, GENSAXWAL registry, Bill said.
Fred: Likely taking her to ...
Panel 5
Seamus has bolted out of the chaise lounge and is halfway to the central lift in one leap.
Fred: … Herschel Station … uh …
Fred: Yeah, go see the captain.
Panel 6
In the control cabin, now it's Seamus poking head and shoulders through the hatch as he speaks with Bill Abbot.
Bill: I'm sorry Seamus, but there's no way we can catch them.
Bill: Without a strong EM field close-by they're faster than we are.
Seamus: But … we ...
Panel 7
Seamus rests his chin on his forearm, looking defeated at last.
Seamus: Oh god … Nicole ...
Seamus: What will those savages do to you? How can I help you now?
Panel 8
Same shot, Seamus suddenly raises his head, eyes widened, in reaction to what he hears.
Murphy (OP thoughtsend): Seamus? Seamus? It's Murphy. Can you hear me?
